Viewing the property

The seller is not responsible for the accuracy or currency of the documents relating to the property. The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information they know and that can be assumed to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price and the transfer of shares takes place at the signing. Ownership and right of possession transfer to the buyer immediately once the purchase price has been paid in full.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for any applicable transfer tax according to current tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale does not take place due to the fault of the bidder, the seller is entitled to compensation of €1,000.
