The property will be sold by upward bidding in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 8 April 2026 and 29 April 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 29 April 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. A decision to accept or reject may take more than two days.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the agreed purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make a purchase offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid for the automatic increase mechanism. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 28 April 2026 at 12:00 to: Ulosottolaitos, Mikkeli office, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the offer’s maximum amount and the online auction item number to which the offer applies.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sales period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure that the contact details registered on www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. As a rule, the buyer and new owner will be the person who has made the accepted offer in the online auction. If the bidder has made the offer wholly or partly on behalf of another person, they must present a power of attorney or other evidence.

The property is seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale, observing, as applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the property being sold, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An enforcement appeal against the sale and any action related to or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks from the date of sale. The appeal instructions are attached to the sales decision.
