TERMS OF SALE

Withdrawal from a bid

If a bidder withdraws from an accepted bid, they must compensate the seller for costs incurred in arranging the failed auction: €1,000.

Acceptance of offer

Please note that acceptance of an offer requires approval by the largest creditors. Obtaining approval may take approximately 2 weeks from the end of the auction.

Conclusion of the sale

The buyer shall pay the purchase price to the bank account notified by the seller at the signing.

The buyer will acquire ownership after signing the contract and paying the purchase price.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax, which is 3% of the purchase price.

The buyer must apply for registration of title within 6 months of signing the contract; costs of title registration are borne by the buyer.

The buyer pays the notary's fee.
