Offers must be made by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by giving the seller an offer on site. The seller and buyer agree to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection of the property
The bidder must, before making an offer, inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the inspection.


Information provided by the seller
The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information they know and that can be assumed to affect the transaction.


Conclusion of the sale

The sale of the property must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The deed of sale will be signed in the electronic real estate transfer service (KVP). The purchase price is to be paid into the seller’s bank account within two (2) banking days of acceptance of the bid. The buyer pays the fee for the real estate transfer service.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax applicable under current tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale
A party that refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.
