Seized 10.853 ha of forest and arable land in Puumala, Puumala

The item is sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 16 February 2026 and 9 March 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends on 9 March 2026 at 19:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If the buyer does not pay the purchase price within the payment period, a new sale will be arranged. The buyer must then compensate the difference if the highest bid in the new sale is lower than the previous highest bid plus interest referred to in section 24(2), chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code. If the bid in the new sale is higher, the buyer has no right to any surplus. The buyer must also cover the costs of the subsequent sale unless these are obtained from the surplus. The enforcement officer shall collect the said compensation from the deposit or the buyer’s other assets, if reasonably possible. Otherwise the compensation will be collected later by enforcement decision at the creditor’s request.

If it is not possible to place bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms as for the online auction apply. Offers must be submitted no later than 4 March 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Savonlinna office, address Tottinkatu 9, 57130 Savonlinna, or by email to kouvola.realisonti.uo@oikeus.fi (reference: Sales number 3680000443).

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

The property is attached for debt enforcement and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and does not give a comprehensive description of the lot.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the lot, the sales brochure and the attached documents before placing a bid.

Appeals relating to the sale and actions relating to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of the sale. Instructions on how to appeal are attached to the sales decision.
