The property is located in Orivesi, Kitee, approximately 35 kilometres from Kitee town centre.

The buyer will pay the land registration fees and the fee for certifying the sale.

Construction must commence within two (2) years of signing the deed, in accordance with the local detailed plan, building regulations and approved drawings.

If the construction obligation is not met, the sale will be annulled and the costs arising from the annulment will be charged to the buyer.

A party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary acts related to the sale, amounting to €1,000.
