Bids must be submitted by the specified deadline. The highest bid is the one the seller has accepted as the highest. You can also participate in the auction in person by submitting a bid to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. The bidder accepts these terms of sale when making a bid.

Inspection of the property

The bidder has a duty to inspect the property, documents and records before bidding. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been noticed during the prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller and reasonably likely to affect the sale.

Concluding the sale

The property sale must be made in the form prescribed in the Land Use and Building Act. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing. The buyer pays the notary's fee.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to the applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Use and Building Act, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction, amounting to €1,000!
