Offers must be made by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as the highest. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. The bidder accepts these terms of sale when placing a bid.

The bidder must, before making an offer, inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the preliminary inspection.

Conclusion of the sale


The sale of the property must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the signing. The buyer pays the fee of the certifying official.


Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to the applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party that refuses to conclude the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary acts related to completing the sale.
