Seized forest property in Uudessakaarlepyy / Nykarleby, Uusikaarlepyy

The asset is seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by private sale under section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, following, as applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least a 20% deposit. Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority upon acceptance of the offer.
