Seized agricultural and forestry property in Rautavaara, Rautavaara

The property will be sold by bidding in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 17 Feb and 10 Mar 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids is 10 Mar 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Offers made in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If bids cannot be submitted through Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a signed written bid to the Enforcement Authority, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written bid must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number concerned. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as bids in the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 9 Mar 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Joensuu office, address Yliopistokatu 6B, 80100 Joensuu (open Mon–Fri 09:00–12:00), or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.
