Approximately a seven-hectare parcel from Enontekiö by the Äijäjoki; the exact area will be confirmed during subdivision. The Äijäjoki runs along the parcel boundary and the Muonio River salmon fishing spots are about 500 m away. Building on the parcel requires an exemption permit, the granting or refusal of which is decided by the municipality of Enontekiö. The seller has not applied for this permit and takes no responsibility for obtaining it. The area between the road that runs through the parcel and the river is uncut, while the other side of the road has been cleared. The area is at least partly stocked with young trees, but the buyer is responsible for any necessary regeneration costs. About 13 hectares of the property have previously been sold as parcels; their subdivision is pending. The land register excerpt in the photos section concerns the entire property before the sale of roughly 13 hectares. Rights of way will be handled in the subdivision proceedings.

With the parcel the buyer receives 3 shares in the Enontekiö joint forest and, in proportion to areas, a share of the waters of the Palojoensuu partition. The current shareholder permit practice of the joint forest for hunting is: a shareholder may obtain a seasonal small-game hunting permit for €50 per hunting season. The permit allows hunting up to 30 game points. The shareholder permit also includes the right to participate in bear hunting. The shareholder and their family members who belong to inheritance tax class 1 are entitled to use the shareholder’s hunting permit. Shareholder permits are allocated as follows: 0.1–5 shares entitle one shareholder hunting permit; 5.01–10 shares entitle two shareholder permits. Further shareholder permits require at least 5 shares each.

The content of the rights attached to the shares is determined by applicable legislation, official regulations and the decisions of the shareholder communities and other decision-making bodies, and the seller does not comment on how the property owner may use the rights conferred by the shares.
