Viewing the property

The bidder is obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during the prior inspection.

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that can reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale of the property must be carried out in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the contract signing. The fee for the signing official shall be paid equally by the seller and the buyer.

A party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary acts related to completing the transaction.
