The property will be sold by bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website from 15 October to 5 November 2026. The deadline for submitting bids is 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. Registration is required to participate in the auction.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the deadline for submitting bids where necessary.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement authority, which will be entered into the online auction as the maximum bid under the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the lot number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates.

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as bids in the online auction.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the bid has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends, the Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted and provide further instructions for paying the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be deemed to be the buyer.

The property has been foreclosed and will be sold by a free sale conducted by the enforcement officer pursuant to Chapter 5, section 76 of the Enforcement Code, applying the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code as appropriate.
