Enforcement-seized property in Pomarkku, Pomarkku

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 3 November and 22 November 2026. The deadline for bids is 22 November 2026 at 17:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. Registration is required to participate in the auction.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland reserves the right to extend the deadline for submitting bids if necessary.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement authority. This will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates.

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as an online auction bid.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid is accepted. Payment shall be made by bank transfer.

After the auction closes, the National Enforcement Authority Finland will contact the bidder whose bid was accepted and provide more detailed instructions for paying the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be deemed the buyer.

The property has been seized for enforcement and is sold as a private sale conducted by the enforcement officer under Chapter 5, section 76 of the Enforcement Code, applying the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code where applicable.
