The property will be sold by sealed bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 03.11.2026 and 26.11.2026. Registration is required to participate. The deadline for bids is 26.11.2026 at 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, to be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 25.11.2026 at 12:00 to the Savonlinna office of the National Enforcement Authority Finland, address Tottinkatu 9, 57130 Savonlinna, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi (reference: Sale number 11720000528).

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer obtains possession of the property when the full purchase price and any obligations transferred to the buyer have been paid. The buyer may not use the property in a manner that reduces its value before receiving the deed of sale. The buyer obtains ownership of the property upon receiving the deed of sale. The deed of sale will be handed over once the sale is legally final and the full purchase price and transfer tax have been paid.

The property has been seized for enforcement and is sold by a private sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the property. Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves carefully with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making a bid.

An enforcement appeal against the sale or an act related to or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks of the sale. Instructions for appeal are attached to the sale decision.
