Foreclosed detached-house property in Rääkkylä, Rääkkylä

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website from 4 November to 25 November 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids is 25 November 2026 at 13:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest.

The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid corresponding to the automatic bidding function.

The written offer must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount offered and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction.

The offer must be submitted by 24 November 2026 at 12:00 to the Joensuu office of the National Enforcement Authority Finland, address Yliopistokatu 6B, 3rd floor, 80100 Joensuu, or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

Buyer’s liability for compensation: Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sales period.
