Foreclosed property with buildings in Oitti, Hausjärvi, is for sale from 14 October to 10 November 2026 at 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.
Further details are provided in the attached sales prospectus.
Enquiries: Senior Enforcement Inspector Markku Piikkilä, tel. 029 565 9819, email markku.piikkila@oikeus.fi.
The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com. Registration is required to participate. The deadline for bids is 10 November 2026 at 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.
The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest.
The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.
If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. It will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written offer is binding and the same terms apply to it as to the online auction. The written offer must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, maximum bid and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates. The offer must be delivered to the National Enforcement Authority Finland’s Hämeenlinna office by 12:00 on 9 November 2026, by post to National Enforcement Authority Finland, Hämeenlinna office, Arvi Kariston katu 5, 13100 Hämeenlinna, or by email to hameenlinna.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.
The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the bidding period.
Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made at auction. A bid is binding and cannot be withdrawn. See the general auction terms concerning the binding nature of bids and the buyer’s liability for compensation.
The person who submits the highest bid must immediately pay 20% of the purchase price as a deposit into the National Enforcement Authority Finland’s official funds account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The National Enforcement Authority Finland will contact the highest bidder if the bid is accepted. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be deemed the buyer.
If the highest bid is accepted, a payment period for the remaining purchase price may, if necessary, be granted until 22 December 2026 at the latest. If no payment period is used, the purchase price must be paid without delay after acceptance of the bid. If a payment period is used, annual interest on the entire purchase price must be paid under section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the entire period from the date of sale until the payment period ends. Under section 12 of the Interest Act, this reference rate, determined half-yearly, is currently 2.50%.
If payment has not been made by the due date, no later than 22 December 2026, annual late-payment interest under section 4(1) of the Interest Act will be charged thereafter. The late-payment interest rate is currently 9.50%. The rate may change half-yearly and on the rate revision date.
Other information:
The property has been foreclosed and will be sold by the enforcement officer in a free official sale (Enforcement Code, Chapter 5, section 76), as an online auction, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code and the item-specific sales terms stated in the sales prospectus.
