The property will be sold by way of bidding on the online auction site www.huutokaupat.com between 25/09/2026 and 15/10/2026.

Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 15/10/2026 at 14:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The bailiff decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The decision may take more than two days.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If the bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the bailiff. The offer will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the bidding increments. The written offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed, and it must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount offered, and the item number of the online auction lot to which the offer applies.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure that the contact details registered with www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. The buyer and new owner of the property will, as a rule, be the person who made the accepted bid in the online auction. If the bidder has made the bid wholly or partly on behalf of another person, they must present a power of attorney or other evidence.

The property has been seized and is sold by way of free sale conducted by the bailiff, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves carefully with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An appeal concerning the sale and any act related to the sale or preceding the sale must be filed within three weeks of the sale. Instructions for appeal will be attached to the sales decision.
