Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid accepted by the seller as the highest. The auction can also be attended in person by submitting an offer to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspecting the property

Before submitting an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records concerned. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during the preliminary inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller confirms that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that can reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.

Concluding the sale


The sale of the property must be concluded in the form prescribed by the Finnish Code of Real Estate. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the completion meeting. The buyer pays the fee of the public purchase witness.


Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax rules in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

Under the Finnish Code of Real Estate, a party who refuses to complete the sale must reimburse the other party for the reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary measures related to completing the sale.

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid and the right not to sell the property. The end of the auction or submission of the highest bid does not in itself oblige the seller to accept the bid. The decision to accept or reject the highest bid will be made within 7 days of the end of the auction.
