Foreclosed detached house in Tikkakoski, Jyväskylä

The property is sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com from 16 October to 8 November 2026. Registration is required to participate in the auction. The deadline for submitting bids is 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The decision to accept or reject the highest bid will be made within the two following working days after the end of the sale, or after a statement on the sale has been received from the secured creditor.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the bidding automation. The written

bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the bid relates. The written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as

the online auction. The bid must be submitted by 5 November 2026 at 12:00 to the Jyväskylä office of the National Enforcement Authority Finland, address Vapaudenkatu 54, 40100 Jyväskylä, or by email to jyvaskyla.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

The buyer must immediately pay 20% of the purchase price as a deposit into the National Enforcement Authority Finland’s official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The National Enforcement Authority Finland will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be deemed the buyer.

Up to six weeks may be granted for payment of the balance of the purchase price, if necessary. The payment period must be agreed separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest must be paid on the entire purchase price in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the entire agreed payment period, from the date of sale until the end of the payment period.

If no payment period is used, the purchase price must be paid without delay after acceptance of the bid.

If payment is not made within the prescribed period, the buyer must pay default interest in accordance with section 4(1) of the Interest Act on the entire purchase price until the purchase price has been paid or a new sale has been conducted.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents before submitting a bid.

The property has been foreclosed and is sold by a free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, with the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code applied where appropriate. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the property for sale.

An enforcement appeal concerning the sale or an act related to or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks of the sale. Instructions for appeal will be attached to the sale decision.
