Property subject to enforcement sale with a derelict building and outbuilding in Rauma, Rauma

The property will be sold by ascending bid in an online auction organised on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 22.09.2026 - 18.10.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 18.10.2026 at 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The enforcement authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sales period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 15.10.2026 at 12:00 to the Pori office of the Enforcement Authority, address Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori, or by email to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the offer applies. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting the written offer.
