Enforced sale of a property in Lieto, Lieto

The property is sold in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website. The online auction ends on 20.10.2026 at 13:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid is decided separately.

The seized property is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 20.10.2026 at 13:00 or two minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid will be accepted or rejected.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the payment period given. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

Immediately after acceptance of the bid, the buyer must pay 20% of the purchase price as a deposit into the Enforcement Office's official deposits account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Office will contact the bidder with the highest accepted bid.

If necessary, a payment period of up to four weeks is granted for the remaining purchase price. During the payment period, the buyer must pay interest in accordance with Section 3, subsection 2 of the Interest Act on the full purchase price. The annual interest rate under Section 3, subsection 2 of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bidding automation. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 15.10.2026 at 12:00 to the Turku office of the Enforcement Office, address Sairashuoneenkatu 2-4, 20100 Turku, or by email to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the www.huutokaupat.com service, the prospective bidder may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the bidding system. A written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount, and the item number in the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the offer applies. The written purchase offer is binding and subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 15.10.2026 at 12:00 to the Turku office of the Enforcement Office, address Lasarettsgatan 2-4, 20100 Turku, or by email to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for title registration. The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price.

The buyer obtains ownership of the property and the deed of sale will be handed over to the buyer only when the sale has become legally final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
