Enforced sale of leasehold right to a property with buildings in Salo, Salo

The property is sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 21.10.2026 at 12:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. Whether the highest bid will be accepted or rejected is decided separately.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the payment period given. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a 20% deposit of the purchase price into the Enforcement Agency’s official deposits account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Agency will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted.

If necessary, a payment period of up to six weeks may be granted for the final purchase price. The payment period must be notified separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest on the full purchase price shall be paid in accordance with Section 3, subsection 2 of the Interest Act for the entire agreed payment period from the date of sale until the end of the payment period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the Huutokaupat.com service, the buyer candidate may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bidding automation. The offer must be submitted by 19.10.2026 at the latest by 12:00 in writing to the Enforcement Agency at:

The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply to it as in the online auction. The written purchase offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the item number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid applies.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bidding automation. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Agency no later than 19.10.2026 at 12:00 at the address below:

The property has been seized and is sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must apply for registration of the leasehold right acquired within six months of the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for registration. The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of registration and the transfer tax. The buyer will obtain title to the property and the deed of sale will be handed over to the buyer only when the sale has become legally valid and the purchase price has been paid in full.
