Property for sale by enforcement sale in Sastamala, Sastamala

The property will be sold by bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com during 24 September 2026-21 October 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the deadline for submitting bids if necessary.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, to be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bidding increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction.

The written purchase offer must be submitted no later than 19 October 2026 at 12:00 to the address of the Enforcement Authority:

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the bid has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends, the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder with the highest accepted bid and provide more detailed instructions for payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder is deemed to be the buyer.

The property has been seized and will be sold by a free sale conducted by the enforcement officer pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
