Terms of Sale

The property has been seized and is being sold by the bailiff through a private sale, subject, where applicable, to the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code and the specific terms of this sale.


The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The bailiff will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.


Bidders are urged to carefully inspect the property, the sales documents concerning it and the terms applicable to the sale before submitting a bid.


Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.


The buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 4% of the purchase price into the National Enforcement Authority Finland’s official funds account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. Acceptance of the bid and payment details will be notified to the buyer separately.


The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sales period.
