Bids must be submitted by the specified time. The highest bid is the bid accepted by the seller as the highest. The auction can also be attended in person by submitting a bid to the seller on site. The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that may reasonably be assumed to affect the sale.

Completion of the sale
The sale of the property must be completed in the form prescribed by the Finnish Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the completion meeting. The buyer pays the fee of the public purchase witness.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale
Under the Finnish Land Code, a party who refuses to complete the sale must compensate the other party for the reasonable costs incurred from advertising, viewing the property and other necessary measures related to completing the sale.
