Bids must be made by the specified time. The highest bid is the bid accepted as the highest by the seller. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by submitting a bid to the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale when making the bid.

An up-to-date property manager’s certificate will be ordered after the auction ends. The attached property manager’s certificate is for a similar apartment in the same housing company.

The buyer is responsible for the costs arising from the sale (€600).

Viewing the property

Before making a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the apartment in question and the company’s documents and records. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been detected during the pre-inspection. The apartment is sold in the condition it is in at the time of sale.

Information provided by the seller

The seller is responsible for the accuracy and up-to-date nature of the documents related to the property. The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and which can be expected to affect the sale.

Concluding the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price and transfer of the shares take place at the closing meeting.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the current tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale does not go through for a reason attributable to the bidder, the seller has the right to receive the agreed fixed compensation of €2,000.
