Property under distraint in Salo, Salo

The property is sold in an online auction organised on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 18.09.2026 at 13:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the payment period given. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price into the Enforcement Agency's official funds account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

If necessary, the remaining purchase price may be given up to three weeks' payment time. During the payment period, the buyer must pay interest on the full purchase price in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act. The annual interest rate under Section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit a bid through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may deliver a written bid to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bidding increment system. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written purchase offer must be signed, and it must state the offeror's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the item number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid is submitted.

The property has been distrained and is sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code as applicable.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves carefully with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the property for sale. Buyers should therefore inspect the property before submitting a bid.

Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of title registration and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title to the acquired property within six months from the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for title, unless the buyer is exempt from paying transfer tax.

The buyer will obtain ownership of the property and the deed of sale will be handed over to the buyer only when the sale has become legally final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
