Property under distraint in Kinkomaa Olympic Village, Muurame

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com from 15/09/2026 to 06/10/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bidding deadline ends at 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The bailiff will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a buyer candidate may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic incrementing tool. The written offer must be signed and must state the contact details of the bidder, the maximum amount of the offer, and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer applies. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 02/10/2026 at 12:00 to the Jyväskylä office of the Enforcement Authority, address Vapaudenkatu 54, or by email to jyvaskyla.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

Buyer’s liability for compensation

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid made is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price into the Enforcement Authority’s official funds account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the person who made the highest bid and whose bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be deemed the buyer.

For the final purchase price, a payment period of up to six weeks may be granted if necessary. The payment period must be notified separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest on the entire purchase price must be paid in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the entire agreed payment period from the date of sale until the end of the payment period.

If no payment period is used, the purchase price must be paid without delay after acceptance of the bid.

If payment is not made within the prescribed time, the buyer must pay late-payment interest in accordance with Section 4(1) of the Interest Act on the entire purchase price until the price has been paid or a new sale has been carried out.

Buyers are advised to carefully familiarise themselves with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents before submitting a bid.
