Bids must be made by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid accepted by the seller as the highest. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property

Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the property, documents and records in question. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been identified during a pre-inspection.

OP Koti Etelä-Pohjanmaa Oy LKV confirms that it has provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and that may be assumed to affect the sale.

Completion of the sale


The sale of the property must be executed in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the completion meeting. The fee of the authorised witness is paid by the buyer.


Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Sharing contact details with the seller

Bidders agree that their contact details may be disclosed by Huutokaupat.com to the seller to enable the sales decision and notification of it.

Withdrawing from the sale

A party refusing to proceed with the sale must, on the basis of the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, familiarisation with the property and other necessary actions related to the sale. The contractual penalty is 10% of the purchase price if the buyer cancels the sale.
