The property is sold by increment bidding in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during the period 1 June 2026 - 5 July 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 on 5 July 2026 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The written bid must be signed and must show the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid applies. A written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction.

The bid must be submitted no later than 2 July 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Turku office at Ulosottolaitos/Turku/erto, Sairashuoneenkatu 2-4, 20100 Turku, or by e-mail to erto.turku.uo@oikeus.fi.

If it is not possible to submit bids via Huutokaupat.com, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be joined to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The written bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 2 July 2026 at 12:00 at the address Utsökningsverket/Åbo/erto, Lasarettsgatan 2-4, 20100 Åbo, or by e-mail to erto.turku.uo@oikeus.fi.

A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the number of the item in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid applies.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the selling period.

Payment terms

Deposit

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 20 per cent of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the maker of the highest accepted bid. The maker of the highest bid must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the maker of the highest bid will be regarded as the buyer.

Payment period

If necessary, payment time for the remaining purchase price may be granted until 13 August 2026. Use of the payment period must be agreed separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act will be payable on the full purchase price for the entire agreed payment period from the date of sale until the end of the payment period.

If a payment period is not used, the purchase price must be paid without delay after acceptance of the bid.

If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer must pay default interest on the full purchase price in accordance with section 4(1) of the Interest Act until the purchase price is paid or a new sale is carried out. The current default interest rate is 9.50%.

Other information

The property has been seized and will be sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer, observing where applicable the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a complete description of the item for sale.

Buyers are strongly advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents before placing a bid.
