The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 29 June 2026 and 22 July 2026. Participation requires registration. The bidding period ends on 22 July 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may give rise to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to stop the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via www.huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in the automatic incrementer. The written offer must be submitted in writing no later than 21 July 2026 at 12:00 to:

The written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum offer amount and the www.huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

The property is seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer in a free-sale procedure, observing as applicable the general auction conditions laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the lot.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making an offer.

An appeal against the sale or any action related to or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks from the date of sale. Instructions for appeal are attached to the sale decision.
