Two foreclosed properties sold as a single unit in Närsäkkälä, Kitee, Kitee

The property is sold by successive bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com during the period 22 June – 13 July 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 13:00 on 13 July 2026 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be received by the Enforcement Authority's Joensuu office no later than 12:00 on 10 July 2026 at the office address Yliopistokatu 6B, 80100 (open Mon–Fri 09:00–12:00) or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.
