The deadline for submitting offers ends on 28 June 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make a purchase offer via huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s personal and contact details, the maximum amount offered and the huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer applies. Arrangements for submitting a written offer must be agreed with the enforcement officer in advance and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority, Lahti Office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, by 24 June 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid received.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest.
The Enforcement Authority may at its discretion extend the deadline for submitting offers.

The buyer is responsible for any charges related to the transfer of connection contracts.

The property is sold in an online auction with automatic increments on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 28 June 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid has been placed.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via huutokaupat.com, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be linked to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 24 June 2026 at 12:00 at the address below.
