AUCTION TERMS

Terms of sale

The seller has the right to accept or reject the highest bid received. The buyer agrees to sign the sale within one month of the offer being accepted. The contract used is prepared by the seller and is included in the attachments. The seller will obtain certificates related to the property. The time and place of signing the contract will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price must be paid by bank transfer to the account specified by the seller before signing the contract. The seller is responsible for the fee of the official who confirms the sale. The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax on the property sale, which is 3% of the purchase price, if the plot is sold. The buyer shall apply for registration of title within six months of signing the contract and pay the registration costs.

Information provided by the seller

Property and zoning information is based on public official registers and other verified documents. For buildings, the year of commissioning or the best possible estimate is given.

Building materials, area, floor plan, possible water, sewer and electricity connections.

Viewing the property

The bidder must inspect the property before placing a bid.

Bidding

Bids must be placed in the huutokaupat.com service by the specified deadline.

Withdrawing a bid

If a bidder withdraws from an accepted bid, they must compensate the seller for costs caused by arranging the failed auction: 0500, or, if the seller accepts the next bid, the difference between the bids if it is greater than 0500.

Concluding the sale

The buyer must pay the purchase price to the seller's specified bank account before the contract signing event and present the receipt at signing.

The buyer receives ownership and possession of the property after signing the contract and paying the purchase price.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 3% of the purchase price, and for title registration costs if the plot is sold.

The seller is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest offer is the offer that the service provider's system has accepted as highest.

The property is sold in the condition and with the fittings as stated in the advertisement and at the time of sale.
