The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 05 June 2026 and 28 June 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 28 June 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The seized object is sold by a private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period runs from 05 June 2026 to 28 June 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the one accepted as highest by the service provider's system. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to place a bid through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic-bidding function. The offer must be submitted no later than 26 June 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori or by e-mail to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
