The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 22 June 2026 and 13 July 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 13 July 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 10 July 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Joensuu office, address Yliopistokatu 6B, 80100 Joensuu (open Mon–Fri 09:00–12:00), or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.
