The deadline for submitting offers ends on 28 June 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted offer).

Offers placed in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability to compensate under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the object number in the huutokaupat.com service to which the offer applies. Arrangements for submitting a written offer must be made with the enforcement officer in advance, and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority, Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 24 June 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest submitted offer.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting offers.

Any fees for transferring connection contracts are the responsibility of the buyer.

The seized property is sold by online auction with incremental bids on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline to submit purchase offers expires on 28 June 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer accepted for the auction has been made.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 24 June 2026 at 12:00 to the address below.
