Bids are made on the purchase price to be paid to the Enforcement Authority. Bids are binding. If an accepted bid is made, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation in accordance with section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.
