The object will be sold in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com during 13 June–14 July 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting offers ends on 14 July 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).
The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer decides whether to accept or reject the highest bid. Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the purchase price within the agreed payment period. Payment terms
The enforcement officer will inform the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid is accepted, the buyer pays the full purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official account by bank transfer. Once payment is visible on the account, the enforcement officer will issue the sales decision, which will be delivered to the parties. Payment by credit card is not accepted.
Deposit: If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price.
Payment period: If necessary, up to six weeks may be granted for payment of the remaining purchase price from the sales decision. Interest at the reference rate will accrue on the whole purchase price for the entire payment period from the sale date to the end of the payment period. The current reference rate is 2.50%.
