Seized property in Aitoo village, Pälkäne

The property will be sold by rising bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com during 28 May–23 June 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 23 June 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Registration is required to participate in the auction.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the deadline for submitting bids if necessary.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com listing number to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the offer is accepted. Payment is to be made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends the Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted and give detailed instructions for paying the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by a free sale conducted by the enforcement officer under section 76, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, as applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
