Terms of Sale

The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer in a free sale, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code and these specific terms of sale.


Bidders are urged to carefully examine the property, the related sales documents and the terms applicable to the sale before placing a bid.


The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.


Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is made, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.


The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 4% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official account. Acceptance of the bid and payment details will be notified to the buyer separately.


Claims of the housing company are not paid from the purchase price; the amount of such claims will be specified at the time of transfer of title.
