Seized property in Loimaa, Loimaa

The property is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 8 June 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer; this will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be submitted to the Enforcement Authority by 5 June 2026 at the latest by 12:00 in writing to:

A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in buyer liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Agency’s account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

If necessary, up to six weeks’ payment time may be granted for the remaining purchase price. During the payment period the buyer must pay interest on the whole purchase price in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act. The annual interest rate under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via Huutokaupat.com, the prospective buyer may also submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the incrementing mechanism. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 5 June 2026 at 12:00 to the address below:

The property has been seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing where applicable the general auction conditions laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the property. Buyers should therefore inspect the property before making an offer.

Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of title registration and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title to the property within six months of the date of the deed. The buyer must pay the transfer tax proactively at the latest when applying for title, unless exempt from transfer tax.

The buyer will acquire ownership and the deed will be handed over to the buyer only once the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
