Approximately a seven-hectare parcel in Enontekiö from the banks of the Palo River; the exact area will be finalised during the subdivision. The parcel is easily accessible from Ruijantie, the road leading to Norway. Building on the parcel requires an exceptional planning permit, and the Enontekiö municipality is responsible for granting or refusing it. The seller has not applied for such a permit and accepts no responsibility for obtaining it. The title extract shown in the photos section relates to the whole property. Road access rights will be dealt with in the subdivision proceedings.

With the parcel the buyer will receive 3 shares in the Enontekiö joint forest and, in proportion to the area, a share of the common water area: 47-876-1-0, the waters of the Näkkäläjärvi subdivision unit. The current practice for the joint forest’s hunting permits is as follows: a joint forest shareholder may obtain a seasonal small-game permit at a cost of €50 per hunting season. The permit allows hunting up to 30 game points. The shareholder permit also includes the right to participate in bear hunting. The shareholder and their family members who fall under inheritance tax class 1 are entitled to use the shareholder’s hunting permit. Shareholder permits are allocated as follows: 0.1–5 shares entitle the holder to one shareholder hunting permit; 5.01–10 shares entitle the holder to two permits. Subsequent shareholder permits require at least 5 shares each.
