Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as the highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person on site by leaving an offer with the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. A bidder accepts these terms of sale when placing a bid.

Inspection of the property
Before making an offer the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the property, the documents and the records. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during a preliminary inspection.

Conclusion of the sale

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to the applicable tax practice. In addition to the purchase price, a land measurement fee of €1,090 will be charged. When leasing, a one‑off land measurement fee of €1,090 will be charged to the lessee upon signing the lease. The fee for preparing the deed of conveyance is €120 and the certifying official's fee is €138. The annual ground rent is 6% of the sale price. For leased plots, if the lessee later redeems the plot, Muhos municipality will credit 50% of the rents paid on residential plots against the purchase price paid if the redemption takes place within 5 years.

Withdrawal from the sale
A party that refuses to conclude the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to concluding the sale.
