Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. It is possible to participate in the auction in person on site by submitting an offer to the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By making a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.
Viewing the property
The bidder has a duty to inspect the property, documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot afterwards rely on a matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.
Information provided by the seller
The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information the seller knows and that can be expected to affect the transaction.
Conclusion of the sale
The sale of the property must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the signing. The buyer pays the fee of the official confirming the sale.
Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the applicable tax practice.
Withdrawal from the sale
A party who refuses to conclude the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to concluding the sale.
