Terms of sale

The property will be sold by rising bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 13 March 2026 and 8 April 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 8 April 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the one most highly accepted by the service provider's system. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is not paid within the agreed payment period, the bidder may be liable for compensation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through www.huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be delivered no later than 7 April 2026 at 12:00 to:

A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number in the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the offer applies.

The asset is seized and will be sold by free sale arranged by the enforcement officer, in compliance where applicable with the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the property.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making a bid.

Appeals against the sale or any action relating to the sale or preceding it must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. Information on the right to appeal is attached to the sales decision.
