Offers must be made by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the offer the seller has accepted as highest. You may also participate in the auction in person on site by submitting an offer to the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.


Inspection of the property

Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and other records. The buyer may not subsequently rely on any matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

Seller's information
The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller and that could reasonably be expected to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale
The sale of the property must be made in the form required by law (the Land Code). The deed of sale will be prepared electronically in the property transaction service (KVP). The purchase price shall be paid within two (2) bank business days of acceptance of the bid. The buyer shall pay the service fee of the property transaction service.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale
A party who refuses to complete the sale shall, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspection of the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.
