The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by private sale under Section 76, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Code. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least 20 percent of the purchase price as a deposit.
