Seized forest property in Taipalsaari, Taipalsaari

The property is sold by incremental bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 11 March 2026 and 7 April 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 19:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be added to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 12:00 on 2 April 2026 to the Enforcement Authority's Lappeenranta office, address Villimiehenkatu 2, 53100 Lappeenranta, or by e‑mail to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.
